Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 3 days to process it for delivery.

Before placing an order, please verify the accuracy of the shipping address. If the address is incorrect, the products may be destroyed by the shipping company, and unfortunately, we won't be able to take any corrective action.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3 days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
